Convenient location near the Ecuador border, mini golf, and Ibarra. The rooms were spacious and really nice, with all the necessary amenities. We also had a tasty dinner at their on-site restaurant, Chorlavi. 🍽️

The service was exceptional, with room service available and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was luxurious and offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The grounds were absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

The location was a great starting point to explore the area. Close to several must, see attractions, it made it easy to plan our itinerary and explore the surroundings. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with all the amenities needed. the breakfast was delicious, with many fresh options and a variety of local dishes to try. the well, maintained pool and the beautiful colonial, style buildings contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
The on, site restaurant lacked consistency in food quality, and some dishes were disappointing.

Spent my Thanksgiving weekend at a charming colonial style hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens. Loved the heated pool that was well isolated from the wind and the exceptional service from the staff. The breakfast spread was a healthy mix of pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt with granola, and local cheese accompanied by delicious bread and butter. , the hotel's unique natural beauty and comfortable rooms were additional advantages of staying here.
The final price was a bit of a shocker as it ended up being steeper than anticipated. The hotel could have been clearer regarding the total price before my stay.

We appreciated the complimentary breakfast for two every morning and the free parking. the location was great for our romantic escape as it allowed us to have a private and quiet time together away from the busy city. we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room as it added to the romantic ambiance.
The noise from the road outside of our room was unbearable at times, and it kept us awake at night. we were frustrated with the surprise additional costs that were not clearly communicated to us beforehand, as it affected our budget.
